Refund policy

At Cloud, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

โ€ข Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

โ€ข Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at cloudskincare96@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

โ€ข Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

โ€ข Refunds: Once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
